You will enter your time into OpenAir. Timesheets are due by the end of the day every Friday. If you are working over the weekend, please submit your timesheet at the end of your shift, no later than9:00am EST every Monday. Timesheets submitted after these deadlines may cause a delay in pay.

Onebridge recognizes the following seven (7) paid holidays: New Year’s Day , Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
When a holiday falls on a weekend, the following schedule will apply:
Holidays that fall on Saturdays will be observed the Friday before. Holidays that fall on Sundays will be observed the Monday after.
Overtime
Holidays cannot be used to make an individual eligible for overtime or double-time payments. An individual must physically work 40 hours in a work week before overtime pay goes into effect (unless otherwise determined by state and local laws). The only exception to this rule is if the individual performed work that was approved by their manager on one of the above holidays and properly recorded it in all relevant timekeeping systems.
Effective Date
This policy supersedes any other time off rules or policies that may be in existence (including those time off rules outlined in Project or Employment Agreements).
