Standard work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, unless otherwise agreed upon with your direct manager and shared with your Onebridge recruiter.
Employees are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit on Fridays. If you have payroll questions, email payroll@onebridge.tech.

Log into Paylocity and under the “Pay” tile, select More > Direct Deposit Accounts. The use the drop down to add a new account or edit an existing account.
Attendance is crucial to any employee’s success. However, in the event you are unable to make it to work on time or at all, reach out to your direct manager immediately by phone and then by email. You should also email recruiter in the event that your manager reaches out to Onebridge.
Log into Paylocity and select View Employee Record > Personal > Edit Contact. From there, you can update your address.
You can begin the enrollment process on your first day of employment. Benefits are effective the 1st day of the month following your start date. For example, if you start on February 16th, your benefits will be effective on March 1st.

Select the “Benefits” tab above for links to all benefits plan information. These are also linked in the New Hire Enrollment portal in Paylocity.
New employees have 30 days following their start date to make benefit elections. If the deadline is missed, you must wait until you experience a life event (i.e. marriage, childbirth, loss of coverage) or open enrollment in November.
Eligible employees are auto-enrolled in the 401k plan after 6 months of service. More 401k information can be found on the Benefits tab linked above.

Timesheet Instructions (OpenAir) can be found by clicking on the Resources Header above. You can also find instructions in Paylocity. You were assigned a training titled 'Onebridge Timesheets - OpenAir'.
Timesheets should be completed weekly. Timesheets are due on Monday by 9:00am EST for the prior week.
If the timesheet team doesn’t receive a completed timesheet by the due date, payroll may not be processed accurately for you.
All timesheet inquiries should be sent to timesheets@onebridge.tech. Be sure to CC your assigned recruiter.
There’s a 90 day waiting period for PTO usage. If you have an emergency that requires you to take time off or would like to request an exception, email your recruiter or hr@onebridge.tech.
Employees can track their PTO balance in OpenAir. Upon logging into, click Timesheets --> PTO Tracking
PTO should be entered on your OpenAir timesheet. Before entering any time off, be sure to have a documented approval from your direct manager.
Contractor Paid Time Off PolicyOnebridge has seven (7) paid holidays each year. The holiday schedule can be found on the Resources tab above.
Unless you negotiated holiday pay during the hiring process, you will not receive holiday pay.
In the event that your client observes a holiday that Onebridge does not, you can take PTO, take unpaid time off or work an alternate schedule to avoid missing hours.
In the event that your client does not observe a Onebridge holiday, you are expected to work. On your timesheet, be sure to enter your works worked as a“regular” time entry and the holiday hours as a “holiday” time entry. Keep in mind that this will not result in overtime.
