General Questions

What do I need to complete prior to my start date?

Ensure you have completed all pre-employment requirements prior to your first day. This includes review and acknowledgement of client specific paperwork, completed background check authorization and information, and Paylocity onboarding. Any specific questions can be sent to hr@onebridge.tech

What are my work hours?

Standard work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, unless otherwise agreed upon with your direct manager and shared with your Onebridge recruiter.

Where do I submit my work authorization documentation?

All contractors are required to keep unexpired work authorization documentation on file with Onebridge during engagements with Onebridge. When your work authorization documentation is renewed, it is your responsibility to promptly send a copy to compliance@onebridge.tech.

How do I request a vendor letter?

Vendor Letter requests should be submitted to your Onebridge manager or recruiter. Onebridge has a pre-approved template for vendor letters. Onebridge will not use templates provided by third parties and individuals must have unexpired work authorization documentation on file for a vendor letter to be processed. The turnaround time for vendor letters is 2 - 3 business days.

Timesheets

Where do I receive timesheet instructions?

Timesheet instructions have been assigned to you in a training via Paylocity. The title of the training is ‘Onebridge Timesheets –OpenAir’. If you did not have access to this training, please contact your recruiter. For any questions regarding your timesheet, please contact timesheets@onebridge.tech.

When should my timesheet be submitted?

Timesheets are to be completed by the consultant each week. Every time sheet requires manager approval. Timesheets are due on Monday by 9:00 AM EST for the week prior.
In the event your manager is out of town, or you won’t be able to have a timesheet completed by the deadline, please notify timesheets@onebridge.tech by email, and ‘CC’ your recruiter.

Can I work overtime?

All overtime must be pre-approved by your direct manager and must be properly documented as overtime on your weekly timesheet. If you have questions, please consult your recruiter.

What happens if I am absent/tardy?

Attendance is crucial to success during client engagements. However, in the event you are unable to make it to work due to a critical event, you should notify your direct manager to whom you report as soon as possible, first by phone and then by email. You must also email your recruiter and ‘CC’ timesheets@onebridge.tech as soon as possible regarding your absence so they can be prepared in the event the client contacts Onebridge directly.

I'm having issues completing my timesheet, who do I contact?

All timesheet inquiries should be sent to timesheets@onebridge.tech. Be sure to 'CC’ your assigned recruiter.
